The common menu of AI offers

Across agencies and software vendors, a small set of offers repeats: a free audit, workflow automation, AI receptionists, document collection, intake, meeting notes, drafted follow-ups, training and retainers.

How offers are packaged

A ladder from audit to build to retainer. The most common structure is a free or cheap first step, a one-off build, then a monthly fee. Builts AI offers a free audit, a Build Phase of $8,000 to $30,000 CAD and a maintenance retainer of $500 to $2,500 CAD a month. Ascero AI lists 12 offers on one page, from a $500 flat visibility audit through a $2,997 weekend sprint to a $50,000 "department in a box" with a $5,000 monthly fee.

A paid first step credited to the build. True North Agentics credits its Workflow Evidence Pack in full to a pilot started within 30 days. The Atwell Group (Toronto) credits its law-firm audit fee to later work. A solo consultant in Austin credits a $2,500 readiness assessment against a rollout begun within 90 days.

Fixed price and scope. LeftClick, ChatGPT.ca and True North describe fixed prices with stated scope. ChatGPT.ca takes 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for projects above $5,000.

Guarantees. Where guarantees exist, they take different forms:

FormExample
Money back if not liveAscero AI weekend sprint: money back if the system is not in production
Payment tied to value foundBotLogix: "If we don't deliver real value by end of day, you don't pay." (a $1,000 Strategy Day)
Payback guaranteeChatGPT.ca: 90-day payback guarantee on its smallest tier
Pay for outcomesLiboiron: a results-guaranteed compensation model; terms unpublished
Refund on a one-workflow sprintEupraxic: $5,000 for one workflow in 10 business days, with a refund guarantee

White-label. True North Agentics lets accounting and advisory firms resell its three tiers under their own brand. Ascero AI pays partner commissions of 10% to 30%. Platform partner programmes work similarly: MyCase pays referral partners 10% of annual contract value on annual plans.

Software with AI inside

Practice-management and submission software bundles intake, reminders and drafting into the seat price, so the client may already own the feature.

  • Law: Clio, Lawmatics, MyCase and Docketwise include intake and AI drafting; Docketwise's AI assistant is in its Pro tier and above. Lawmatics prices its AI agents separately from seats: two of its add-ons are outcome-based and one is user-based.
  • Immigration (Canada): Visto sells flat monthly tiers by number of applications and users, with an AI copilot.
  • Mortgage: Finmo bundles document requests, reminders and AI verification; BrokerPlus adds a borrower portal and a renewal finder.

Pricing by unit

A second family of offers charges for work completed, not for time or seats.

  • Per transaction: ListedKit charges $14.99 per transaction credit for AI transaction coordination, with the first transaction free.
  • Per resolution: Tidio offers pay-per-resolution billing on its top plan; Yuma AI states that brands pay only for tickets fully resolved by AI.
  • Outcome-based add-ons: Lawmatics' Merlin Qualify and Merlin Engage.
